Some iPad apps shows Elf 4.2 compatibility as early as now

iOS 4.2 update

Just a day before the accounted Elf 4.2, shows several iPad apps now "Elf compatibility" updates. If you regularly check the updates on your iPad App Store, you will notice that they are updated as of Nov. 11 now has "Elf compatibility" notation.

Such an app is TED for iPad, updated for Elf 4.2 compatibility and improved feedback when you view a fullscreen movies. Another iPad app called Photo Transfer App includes several updates to Elf 4.2 features.This includes the ability to upload videos in all directions with Elf 4.2, select the pictures to transfer inside the iPad (Elf 4.2) and clearer statement says "Started for Elf 4.2" Dropbox is also Elf 4.2 ready.

These are just three of the apps that have been updated to state that they are now is Elf 4.2 compatible; I am quite sure that you see more depending on what apps are installed, of course, this can only mean one thing — Elf 4.2 is just around the corner.
