Official Google voice app was finally passed in the app store on Tuesday, Apple has an iPhone app that was previously rejected a request from the United States Federal Communications Commission.

Google voice App available for free download in the app store and works for all users of Google voice telephony applications advertised by Google include:
Cheap international calls
Free text messages to numbers in the United States
Voicemail transcription
Display your Google voice number as the caller when making calls
The program also offers a number of functions that can only be accomplished by using the native iPhone apps Google previously proposed Mobile voice service through the Web site.

Native app will alert users when they receive a new voice mail or text message with push notifications in addition most of the calls will be done through direct access numbers, making them a connection as fast as regular phone calls.

Google Voice for iPhone requires iOS 3.1 or later, and valid user account to use Google Voice app currently available only in the United States.

Reports that Apple will change his position on the Google Voice application first surfaced in September, after Apple's revised and published review of the guidelines of their own App Store applications that Google voice service were pulled in 2009, after Google introduced its own formal applications.

Apple has refused to accept the official Google voice app in the app store, which prompted the investigation of United States Federal Communications Commission FCC, Apple reported that it was reviewing software but claimed he categorically rejected it.
